Orders typically arrive within 7 to 14business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use that code on the carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.

Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely! All products are selected with baby safety and comfort in mind, following US infant safety standards.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition — unused, in original packaging, and showing no signs of damage.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@mochibabystore.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through every step of the process.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Sale items or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
